Bird Tours & Safaris is a Tanzanian registered Company and licensed tour operator with offices in Arusha, Tanzania. We began operations in July,2014 but we have many years working closely relationship with different professional in the field of wildlife and tourism and other related field.Also we are members of the Tanzania Association of Tour Operators (TATO). We offer all types of safaris: traditional driving safaris to all Tanzania National Parks, mountain climbing expeditions,responsible and sustainable tourism,camping safaris,Eco-tourism training and research,volunteering,hills trekking,Mountain trekking(Kilimanjaro, Meru and Oldinyolengai) walking safaris, and beach holidays (Island of Zanzibar, Pangani and Bagamoyo). We are licensed for safaris and mountain climbing.

In addition, we offer a variety of safaris that encompass cultural experiences to many destinations outside the parks, many of which include opportunities to walk in the natural beauty of the country under the guidance of Tanzanians native to the particular area. Many of these programs are custom made to suit the particular needs of the traveler and may include the opportunity to be a participant in village life if the client so wishes.

Bird Tours & Safaris actively supports local efforts such as Cultural Tourism Programmes to bring the people and nature to the visitor while at the same time bringing an opportunity to the people to directly benefit from tourism in Tanzania. We believe this type of experience goes a long way to dispel many of the myths and stereotypes about African life and culture while at the same time helping to ensure the survival of indigenous cultures in Tanzania.

Bird Tours & Safaris caters to travelers in all budget categories from budget to luxury campers to those preferring lodge or tented camp stays, in all price ranges. We especially target that segment of the market looking for the comfort of lodge or permanent tented camps in the moderate price range. We make hotel bookings and arrange domestic transfers by air, boat and land. We pride ourselves on personal service not only for our clients, but also to our fellow tour operators and travel agents abroad.
