Day 4: Drive to Nayapul and trek to Tikhadhunga (1540 m)

Day 5: Trek to Ghorepani (2860 m).6 hr walk.

Day 6: Hike poon hill and trek to tadapani (2630m).7 hr walk

Day 7: Trek to Chhomrong (2170 m)-6 hr walk.

Day 8: Chhomrong to Dovan.(2600m )6 hr walk.

Day 9: Dovan to MBC (3700m)-5 hr walk.

Day 10: Trek to ABC (4130m) and trek down to Dovan.

Day 11: Trek to Jhinu Danda (1780 m)

Day 12: Trek to Nayapul and drive to pokhara.

Travel Requirements:
Certain Basic Trekking equipment is essential on all routes. Magic Himalaya Treks is going to describe about it here depending on the area and season. Magic Himalaya trek will provide you with a comprehensive list of Necessities. Many of the items on the list are available in Nepal. Here Magic Himalaya has mentioned some of the recommended Equipment list for the trekking in Nepal Himalayas.

Clothing’s:
Lightweight walking Boots.
If new boot is being bought then walk with them in to avoid blisters. Don’t forget to bring spare laces.
A pair of track shoes. To wear in the camp at night or when your boots are wet.
Warm jacket, Fiber fills or down should be adequate. This is especially essential during the periods called winter starting from December to February.
A Rainproof Jacket with hood or a poncho. Get the one that is Guaranteed Waterproof.
Woolen shirts and thick sweaters. during winter months, December through February these items are essential.
Thick sweater can be purchased in Kathmandu (around thamel).
A pair of lightweight/heavyweight trousers, jeans is unsuitable to wear on treks.
Heavyweight trousers are useful higher up in the mountains in the morning and at night.
Windproof/Waterproof trousers are necessary on all treks going above 10.00ft.
Thermal underwear, which is excellent to sleep at night in the winter months.
2 pair of loose fitting shorts/ skirts.
One lightweight long sleeved-shirt is particularly suitable for avoiding sun burn.
A woolen Hat to wear in the morning and at night. During winter it is very important and essential.
A sunhat and Ensure it has a wide brim to cover the face and neck.
A pair of gloves, Leather with lining and woolen is best.
One pair of sandals to wear in the cities and in camp.
3 pair of thick and 3 pair of thin woolen socks.
Underwear normal with Hankies and swimming costume required sometimes.


Equipment & Accessories:
Dry Bag or kit Bag to carry the gear while trekking.
Daypack: This is a small rucksack to carry personal requirement for the day e.g. toilet papers, Camera, film towel, soap, a book etc.
Water Bottle.
Snow Glasses and Sun Glasses.
2-4 large plastic bags to separate clean clothes from dirty ones.
6-10 smaller plastic bags to dispose Garbage.
Wallet / money belt with compartment for coins.
Toiletries with large and small towels.
Toilet paper can buy in Kathmandu and trekking areas too. It depends on you because it is expensive in mountain.
Small headlamp and torch with spare batteries needed. bulbs candles and lighter to burn toilet paper.
Snow gaiters essential during a trek in winter.
An umbrella which is quite useful to as a sunshade and useful when it rains.
Reading materials, Camera and film, game items, notebook, rubber band, pen and pencil, envelopes, a diary, a calendar, a pocket knife, binoculars, small pillow or headrest, passport photographs.

However, to enjoy your stay in this remarkable country of white Himalayas and sparkling rivers. It is important to take into consideration the different cultural aspects of the country. Here is the list of the things, which may be helpful to you and tell us about do’s & dont’s in Nepal.

The form of greeting in Nepal is “Namaste” and is performed by joining the palms together. While entering the Nepalese home, temples, stupas and other monuments you always need to remember one thing. That is you need to remove our shoes. Be careful you are not allowed to use your spoon, fork or a hand being used for your eating to touches others food, plate, cooking utensils or the serving disk.

Do not eat from other people’s plate and do not drink from others bottles or glasses. It is considered impure by Nepalese. Never touch anything’s with your feet. This is considered an offence among Nepalese. While you traveling dress appropriately and women should especially avoid dressing in skimpy, outfits. People need to seek permission first before entering Hindu temple because Hindu temple does not allow westerners or non Hindus to enter. Leather articles are prohibited to be taken inside the temple precinct. Walking around the temples or stupa is traditionally done clockwise. Take photographs only after receiving permission from the object or person being photographed. Public display of affection between man and women are frowned upon. Do not do something’s that is totally alien to our environment.

Develop a genuine to meet and talk to Nepalese people and respect their local customs. Please do not touch offering or persons when they are on the way to shrines or are in the process of worshiping. Keep a respectful distance.

Please do not accept gifts or buy objects of art, Manuscripts, image etc. Which have Antique value, these need to stay here not only for ourselves but for future visitors like you who would like to share the experience. Whether something’s is antique or not can be established by the Department of Archaeology. Please be informed that Nepalese men can established by the department of Archaeology. It is necessary to be informed that Nepalese men often walk around hand in hand. But this does not have the same implication as it does in Europe, America or other developed country. Its not good to inquire about a person’s caste.
