Please read the following terms and conditions, which apply to any use made by you of information or other material contained on the Travel Advertising Holiday group website ("information"). - Travel Advertising does not sell holidays or holiday packages and cannot gaurantee the validity of all it's advertisers and agents. Therefore it is not responsible for any holiday bookings that result from the web site. All Travel Advertising can do if an advertiser breaks rules on conduct is to remove them from the web site.
- The information is only intended for personal use. No part of the information may be used, duplicated, resold or otherwise exploited in connection with any commercial purpose whatsoever without our prior consent and, in particular, any unauthorised republication, dissemination or redistribution as part of any service is strictly prohibited.
- The presentation of information, information content, graphics, layout, design and other features of the Travel Advertising website are protected by intellectual property rights belonging to us and our licensors. No licence is granted to you in respect of any such rights, except to the extent required for your personal use of the Travel Advertising website in accordance with these terms.
We endeavour to ensure the accuracy of all of the information. However, we do not accept any liability for the use made by you of the information, neither do we warrant that the supply of the information will be uninterrupted.
We endeavour to ensure content on the Travel Advertising website could not be deemed offensive to an individual or collection of individuals, and that content adheres to common principles of decency and taste. However, we do not accept any liability for any content published by contributors through our "Add content" or "Notice Board" pages. Any dealings with advertisers and merchants accessed using the Travel Advertising website shall be entirely at your own risk.
Travel Advertising has the right to delete holidays that are not suited to the location and also have the right to delete agents that abuse this system by adding holidays to inappropriate sites and also adding inappropriate content as deemed by travel advertising.
Agents advertising on Travel Advertising cannot hold Travel Advertising responsible for any booking they make through the holiday web sites.
The information is owned by Travel Advertising .It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. It cannot be reproduced, modified, transferred, distributed, republished, downloaded, posted or transmitted in any form or by any other means including (but not limited to) electronic, mechanical photocopying or recording without the prior written permission of Travel Advertising .You agree and accept that the information is for your own personal use and may not be use for commercial purposes or distributed commercially. Should you wish to use all (or any part) of the information for commercial purposes then you must first apply in writing to sales@travel-advertising.com Failure to do so may lead to legal action being taken against you.
