| This fitness retreat is for anyone interested in a unique fitness retreat get-away in the scenic and breathtaking Pacific coast of Costa Rica where the mountains meet the ocean! Master Fitness Trainer and 3X Olympian Ian James will prepare and guide you through a number of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) & Group Circuit Training Programs in this tropical setting. Your fitness experience will also include outdoor activities like kayaking and paddle boarding on the Pacific ocean as well as hiking in the rainforest of Costa Rica. The daily group workouts at the beach will be majestic; time itself will stand still as you shed body fat and create lean muscle mass while viewing the ocean and rainforest on either side of you. | Casa Libelula is a luxurious comfortable relaxing retreat for a stress-free get away with everything that you could want without putting a step outside this 3-acre villa. Set amongst breathtaking views and captivating sounds of nature, it is complete paradise. The property is situated on its own pinnacle hillside at the elevation of 285 feet above sea level that enjoys the panoramic views along the coast which is located in the lush tropical coastal forest full of wildlife and birds that surround the property with regular visits from Monkeys, Toucans and Sloths, etc. When you enter the Villa and open the wide wooden front door to this spacious 5,166 square feet/480 square meter contemporary villa and you are greeted with a large open plan entrance and lounge with travertine floors and fully glazed walls that overlook the pool and beautifully landscaped garden. You can truly enjoy outdoor living in the huge kidney shaped private pool with a large surrounding deck area, outdoor shower and a capacious outdoor palm covered rancho decked out with exterior kitchen and gas Barbaque. The lounge is spacious with comfortable couches with large glazed windows. The media room has deep comfortable couches and a large flat screen television with DVD player. There is also wireless Internet and iPod docking station with CD player. | Flights You must arrive in the San Jose (Juan Santamaria) International Airport in San Jose (SJO) on the designated date we discuss on your call and depart after 1:00 pm. Group transportation will be provided for you to Casa Libelula in Uvita. If you are not arriving in time to be on those transports, we can help you arrange your own taxi or we recommend the local airlines Sansa or Nature Air which will fly you into Quepos (at your cost). We can provide complimentary round-trip ground transportation to/from Quepos airport for you as well. | ||||
